Avocado Spring Roll - hard to resist!

Make or buy vegan spring wrappers.
Spread one tbsp Tofutti Cream cheese over the middle and layer with some chopped cilantro, chopped pine nuts, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, a little chili sauce, and a generous slice of avocado. Fold over and fry.
Served with Spicy Orange Sauce:
1 cup water
½ cup orange juice
1/3 cup agave
1 tablespoon arrowroot or cornstarch
1 roasted jalapeno pepper, skinned and diced
Mix sauce ingredients over medium heat- bring to a boil and then lower to simmer, thickenwith arrowroot and cool.
