1 10 oz firm tofu, cubed1 tbsp sesame seed2 scallions, sliced1/4 red bell pepper, sliced1 cup shredded cabbageHandful fresh bean sprouts2 cloves garlic, minced2 tbsp cilantro, minced1 tsp fresh ginger, minced1/4 cup peanuts3 tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos1 tbsp sesame oil1/4 cup rice vinegar
Mix everything and refrigerate 8 hours.Feeds 6 +
