Always a favorite of mine.
1 10 oz firm tofu, cubed
1 tbsp sesame seed
2 scallions, sliced
1/4 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup shredded cabbage
Handful fresh bean sprouts
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp cilantro, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup peanuts
3 tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar
Mix everything and refrigerate 8 hours.
