richapeacha asked: I have been a lacto-vegetarian my entire life, and am looking to make the switch to veganism. Unfortunately for health reasons, I am on a strict 40carb/meal diet, and am finding it hard to find cheese substitutes that are also high in protein. (Cheese is a low carb, high protein snack for me). Does anyone else have experience with a low carb vegan diet?
